The staff was friendly, clean and secure. No body can’t go in the elevator without the key, for me was wonderful. The area also was perfect , in the corner to a street has a lot of restaurants and other comercial. So everything was perfect !!

We were subjected to loud music all night long

The first room we were given smelled of cigarettes, so we asked reception to change it. The second room had no odor, but we were subjected to loud music all night long. There was so much noise that we thought the window was open, but it wasn't. It shouldn't have heard so much outside noise.

The hotel is very well maintained, the room was spotless, and surprisingly quiet despite being located next to a busy road. The front desk team was always friendly, professional, and helpful. The housekeeping lady was wonderful—she always greeted me with a smile and offered cleaning service, water, and anything else I needed. The breakfast staff were equally fantastic. From the ladies preparing the food to the rest of the team, everyone was kind, welcoming, and always smiling. The bed was very comfortable, and overall my stay was excellent. Unfortunately, everything changed during check-out. While I was organizing my luggage and loading my bicycle in the hotel lobby, a female hotel employee approached and began moving my belongings without asking for permission. She then instructed the security staff to move my things as well. I was shocked by her behavior. As someone who has worked in hospitality for many years, I found her conduct rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. There are polite ways to speak with guests and handle situations, but this was not one of them. The front desk employee witnessed the entire incident and appeared just as surprised and speechless as I was. It left a bitter taste at the end of what had otherwise been a wonderful stay. Had it not been for this incident, I would have rated the hotel much higher.

We arrived around midnight and had a smooth check in on Saturday night-16 May. The man who checked us in was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was very spacious and very clean. With some water, teas and coffee. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro directly from ADB airport. Great value for money.
