The hotel is next to the best mall in Ä°zmir which is also one of the best malls in Turkey with a big choice and our room had great sea view. The room itself was good size clean and 5 star . It is probably one of the top 3 hotels in Izmir . We ordered room service , food was good , used the gym ( techno gym ) quite sufficient sea view again. Spa was also nice had a masaj which was ok . Spa is spacious clean but had a small sauna and steam bath inside the changing rooms .I also had breakfast which was also good with a good choice but nothing special for Turkey. There is also car park which is included in the price . Overall considering price , I paid 240 usd inc breakfast for 2 ( in Italy or France similar hotel would cost minimum 700 euro) it is a good choice ,if you are planning to go to Izmir .

Luxurious stay!

Absolutely gorgeous in every sense of the word! It is not walkable to the city center, bazaar, or airport, but is beautiful, quiet, and an easy taxi to anything you need - which the reception is happy to help with. I had a tour to Ephesus planned and it was an easy pick up and drop off. The breakfast is bountiful!

Every thing in the hotel is nice and neat, the staff were so kind and friendly. If someone asked me what I didn’t like, I would say nothing to mention. It is bot my first time to stay in this property. My next vacation in Izmir will be in same hotel that for sure.

One of the best hotels in Izmir. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with lovely views and all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. However, I was quite surprised to find that they charge for coffee in the room. While this is a minor issue, it seemed out of place for a luxury hotel at this price point. I would have expected complimentary coffee, especially given that other 5-star hotels usually provide this as a basic amenity.

The accommodation itself is very nice and clean. I have nothing to criticize about the hotel. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the receptionist. I think such a beautiful and high-quality hotel should put more effort into the selection of its staff. We had booked a total of 7 rooms and were unfortunately not warmly welcomed. Of course, this criticism does not apply to every member of staff. The cleaning staff, for example, were very friendly and kind.

We had hard time changing dates and guests for our booking. Hotel first said they will waive the fees since there are available rooms, but later they changed their mind. Later I wanted to at least change guests so that I still utilize my booking fully, but they didn’t help.
