“Todo muy bien, solo que el mesero del restaurante, el único que hablaba inglés, sumamente soberbio y nada amable. Lejos de mejorar nuestra experiencia nos la intento en dos ocasiones echarla a perder. Hay formas de decir las cosas, esta persona no era nada agradable ni amable”

“Great breakfast!”

“Très belle chambre (Odette), décorée avec goût, et salle de bains très spacieuse! Excellent accueil, et très bon petit-déjeuner avec des produits locaux.”

“Very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the river and fields. There was some confusion with the check in process. We arrived right at the posted check in time and there was no one at reception and no one answered the phone number that was posted on the door. After about an hour, we almost gave up and found somewhere else to stay, but finally found another phone number on the website and got through to someone who then came and checked us in. I think we were supposed to let them know...

“Staff was great, and very flexible to my desires! Spoke great English and French.”

“I received a warm welcome, a calm and comfortable room and a great breakfast in the morning. I can only recommend L’Amandier!”

“Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerübernahme und Abgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Frühstück frisch und regional. Wir kommen wider.”

“Ganske udmærket i forhold til prisen. Værten (han) talte udemærket engelsk.”

“Amazing place! The view, the people, the facilities. Especially for families. The city is spectacular!! Rooms are a bit loud from the hall and the pilots are giant; otherwise everything was great!”

“Excelente hotel, en la mejor ubicación de un pueblito encantador.”

“Alles wat je nodig hebt. En alles proper en net. Zeer goede matras. Propere lakens.... Zelfs een airco op de kamer. Heel vriendelijke uitbaters. Aanrader.”

“We were greeted by a receptionist who seemed to speak very little French or English. She just handed us a phone to speak to someone else (the owner?) who said that the room was booked for one person and we would be charged extra money for 2 people. We have a confirmation email stating that the booking is for 2. We have written to the hotel, his reply says we could have cancelled or relocated - a ridiculous thing to say when we are standing there at 17.00 with our bags after a long journey. What...

“Très belle chambre propre agreable”
