We had read previous comments about the service or the owner’s attitude at this hotel, but our experience was entirely different. It’s important to remember that this is a small business run by a couple, and sometimes reviews don’t reflect the full picture. We stayed here for a week and found everything to our liking. The atmosphere was warm, the accommodation super comfortable, and the setting ideal for a relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will certainly be returning.

The hotel was closed completely on my arrival, also the restaurant, this was not communicated and i was not aware of this, the instruction also was not communicated, I booked the restaurant only because there was a restaurant. The breakfast was ready from 8am, i was there for my work and I had to leave before 8, so not possible to take the breakfast. The room survive was not done on the second day, I used the towels on day one and on day 2 no room service was done, it was not also asked if this was requested. No air condition was present, the room was warm (exceptional situation in belgium), i had to pen the wondow and with all the noise from the street i could not sleep

J'ai réservé via Hotel.Com. Suite à cela, l'hôtel en question m'a annulé ma réservation. J'appelle l’hôtel pour en savoir plus, la personne qui répond me dit que le responsable me recontactera. Je contacte Hotel.Com qui me confirme que ma chambre est bien réservé, payé et non-remboursable. J'écris à l'hôtel 3 fois via l'email d'annulation, aucune réponse. Je contacte Hotel.Com qui me confirme que la réservation est toujours d'actualité. J'appelle l'hôtel à nouveau et je tombe cette fois-ci sur le responsable. Il me dit avoir annulé parce que le prix était trop bas. Je dis OK, mais la chambre est payée et non remboursable. Ensuite il enchaîne en disant que son hôtel n’est pas sur Hotel.Com alors qu’il l’est toujours à ce jour. Ensuite, il enchaîne avec des propos désagréables du style dans quelle langue dois-je vous dire les choses et me liste une 10e de langues et m’accroche au nez. J’ai finalement perdu une autre ½ heure pour faire annuler ma chambre via Hotel.Com. En résumé un responsable très désagréable et hôtel à éviter.

Eten was niet top en heel lang wachten maar tot daar aan toe. Echter, wij zijn 1 nacht vroeger vertrokken omwille van de zeer ruwe behandeling door de eigenaar omwille van een discussie over ons hondje. Dit kan op een andere manier ! Dit is een zeer onbeleefde man die niets kent van klantvriendelijkheid. Hij zou een zeer mooie, goede zaak kunnen hebben maar zijn botheid verpest het voor iedereen.

Attitude et accueil de la gérante LAMENTABLE : antipathique, désagréable, glaciale, impolie et irrespecrueuse, pas professionnel du tout sauf au moment du paiement, nous avons eu le droit à un sourire! Petit déjeuner honteux : 20min d'attente pour du café à 8h30, lait périmé, brioche Pasquier en guise de viennoiseries ... Accès jardin de la chambre du rez de chaussé : jardin ouvert à tous les clients du bar. Les clients ont donc un accès et une grande vue sur la chambre et sur le lit. Baignoire non sécurisée. Insonorisation des chambres ABSENTE (jusqu'à entendre les WC des voisins ...). - chambre réservée pour son charme sous les combles, typique : nous avons finis dans le nouveau bâtiment de l'autre côté de la ruelle. Bâtiment entièrement rénové mais ne correspond pas à notre demande ! Positif : - Bon matelas, - certaine chambre rénovée

De hygiëne was uitmuntend in het appartement en er waren alle voorzieningen die nodig waren. We hebben zeer goed geslapen. Zeer goede matras en kussen. Het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker. Ook lekker eten in het restaurant. Er was gratis parkeergelegenheid. Een aanrader om te overnachten met kinderen. De prijs was goed voor dit leuke verblijf.

Leuke auberge met terras

Ruime slaapkamer met bed/matras dat iets aan de harde kant is. Het was fijn om op het terras een hapje en drankje te nuttigen. Verder spreken wij niet goed Frans, dus het was handig dat de uitbater Engels kon. Wij hebben een prima verblijf hier gehad!
