“Lovely and very family friendly hotel. The rooms look much better than the photos from Expedia. The rooms were all squeaky clean and they have been redecorated significantly. The family were very friendly and helpful.”

“The chateau is beatiful and the dinner was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at dinner. The food was sooo good and the staff made the night so fun. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and they made it so special!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were a little disappointed we weren't in the chateau. I misunderstood what our room name was and didn't realize it meant we were in an annex building and not the chateau itself. So that was a let down. But...

“The property is stunning and the grounds pretty. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. As there was a heatwave, the air con was very much appreciated. It is a self check-in process and we didn't see any staff until breakfast time.”

“We have stayed here 20 or 30 times and this is the first time I have had to write an average review. Parking was terrific and safe but we were let down by a shabby and shoddy room and shower. The skirting boards were devoid of paint. The furniture was old and tired apart from the bed which was as comfortable as usual. The shower cubicle needed re sealing and the shower head wouldn’t stay up under its own weight. The room was on the first floor and not a patch on the downstairs rooms adjacent to...
