El servicio es excelente todos super amables, si quieres vivir la experiencia japonesa y sus tradiciones definitivamente este es el hotel!! Definitivamente vamos a volver”

“Las localizacion del hotel hace que tenga unas vistas espectaculares. El hotel tiene muchos servicios como piscina, baños termales. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal. Hay un botones que es la persona mas amable que hemos conocido en Japon. Realmente una persona muy noble y entrañable. La parte negativa es que en los baños termales se obligue al nudismo. En un hotel internacional deberia poderse utilizar el baño termal en bikini.”
