“This is a throw-back to the days of the good old motor lodge. A tiki bar bar, for starters but a tiki bar with good local beer. A wonderful shaded pool area. Light switches that are self-evident and don't require an engineering degree to figure out. Instructions to housekeeping that are followed. You know what I am talking about. The one downside? The patio doors/balconies all face the setting sun, which leads to three hours a night of intense sunlight and heat in a non-air conditioned...

“I am sure this place was epic in the 70s. Now I am sure the only people that would like it would be in their 70s. Literally isn't anything to do after 4-6pm. The little bar/restaurant stayed open till 9pm. The part of the property we stayed in the building was extremely dated and poorly maintained. Our room smelled like mold. The beds, sweet geezus the beds are the worst. The pillows that are provided are couch throw pillows. At night the only time we turned the tv on the sound on the tv kept...
