“This property is in a very nice location. We missed the sign on the main road and had to make a u-turn. The room was typical, they do not have staff for 24 hr check in. It's done on your phone. They send you your room number and code to get in. The problem with this is there is no wifi service and Verizon has no phone service. Before you get there make sure you have all the information that you need. With no service there you are out of luck.
They have a private beach but we never saw it.

“Our stay was great. Very peaceful. A little more communication about check-in and check-out would have been helpful as there are few staff on site. The breakfast was yummy, which is only available in July and August. The room was clean but smelled a little stale, a little like cigarette smoke when fan wasn’t running. There is no air conditioning.”

“Room/bathroom was clean and didn’t have any smells. Couch was super comfy, I almost slept on it! We were in the second building, first floor, and it only had egress windows, which was fine. It was super quiet, great location, and parking was easy.

“Disappointing stay due to cleanliness and noise issues
Parking in front was convenient, and the 2:00 PM check-in was helpful as we arrived on Orcas Island early. The room was bright, and the bathroom had plenty of towels.
Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was very disappointing:
•Water & Amenities: The water from the gallon container near the entrance tasted terrible, so we had to buy bottled water. The shower's hot and cold signs were reversed.
