Isinlivi Vacations

I went to this hotel because I like the view. Immediately after I booked the suite, I called the hotel and I requested I suit with a view of Guapulo. The hotel worker assured me I will have what I asked, I insisted explaining how important the view was for me. When I arrived I was designated to a suite with a view to the pathway. I called the front desk, she told me she was too busy and they don’t have anything better because they were fully booked. I went to the front desk carrying my luggage. She told me she has another suite that might have a better view. We went to the suite from my room I didn’t have the Guapulo’s view. She told me if I remember the name of the worker I spoke she will complain with the manager. I took the suit, and a felt very disappointed. The next day. When I explained the situation to another worker I was informed of one room and one suite with the view I like. When I booked I also told Expedia I want a room with a Guapulo’s view. In the end I had aggravation and not the room I booked, requested, and paid for.

Spectacular! Best hotel i have stayed in Quito so far

The first night was terrible, I got a room with a terrible smell I got a bad headache, therefore I requested to change my room. The gentleman who worked at night was very friendly and helpful. I got an upgraded room for the same price. The lady who worked during the day (Karla) was very friendly and helped us referring good restaurants near the hotel and things to do in Quito.
