Vacations Close To Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution

Front desk staff were friendly, professional. The hotel was immaculate, room was spacious, comfortable, clean. The restaurants were close and offered many options for breakfast lunch and dinner.The hotel sits at the Harbor edge making it a great location. Parking was safe. Looking forward to a return visit.

We had a pretty good stay. The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and we couldn’t even sit on the balcony we paid extra for because of it and the one next door (balconies are attached). Also our room was not stocked after cleaning, no toilet paper or coffee cups. We also saw a mouse on the main floor on the day we were leaving. The positives were the waterpark for kids however I thought Tuesday’s were “cheap night” but was the same price. The smores were hit with the kids.

The paint in the bathroom was chipped, and I asked for more towels when I first checked in and they were never delivered and the room had a unpleasant odor

The property sits where all the action is. The room is very clean however the bed mattress gave us severe back problems. The mattress needs to be change because we were stuck in the middle like a taco. The host flipped it but the mattresses needed to be replaced. The property is straight to the point with needing somewhere to sleep and bathe and the host was lovely but to save my back maybe not.
