This hotel was so quaint… we loved the set up and the outdoor chairs that face the lake was so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. 10 minute drive to the parking area to catch the bus to the ferry. Great location and room was clean and nice decor… I’m looking forward to going back

Really liked the location, quiet. Just a couple of blocks from downtown. Nice, clean room. Has been renovated recently with a large dining area and bar. The room rate includes a breakfast buffet.

The bedding in this property has been significantly upscaled. The beds, linens and pillows are all absolutely comfortable. The rooms were clean and very large. The breakfast that came with the room was far beyond any continental I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh. There were high-end pastries, and even scrambled eggs were hot and delicious. everyone at the property was welcoming and friendly.

Great location & love Falmouth. Not the greatest place to stay though… & certainly not consummate to the price. Room & accommodations were fine, but old/poorly maintained. Hair in places, etc speak to cleanliness. Biggest issue was design/configuration of bath room where steam, condensation, spray seemed to keep the toilet paper constantly wetted. Would probably look elsewhere next time.

There were lot of bugs in the room, room and bathroom were not properly clean. While checking out, we couldn’t fine anyone on the front desk even after waiting for 10 minutes. Complimentary breakfast was also pretty bad.

As others have mentioned, the bar and restaurant were closed which was a shame because it's nice. Receptionist did not seem to know when it would be open. Room was clean but shower was cold and soap was empty. That being said, we would stay there again. Great location.

The staff is wonderful, vey helpful. The room was very clean! The bathroom lighting needs to be much brighter. We were disappointed that the restaurant & bar are closed as we then had to drive somewhere for our dinners. Breakfast was complementary, which was a nice treat. We would stay there again!
