Staff was great. Amenities good. The carpet in the room was pretty disgusting but that's not anyone's fault really. Hopefully that gets a revamp soon. The only other disappointment was the fan humming outside the balcony. I paid for a balcony view and on the fourth floor you can barely hear the waves cause of it. Hotel was good for the price.

First day there did not get service to the room after removing "privacy tag" from the door at 11:30am. The a/c blower in the room was exceptionally loud. The pool and restaurant was very good. Prices on food and drinks quite high from previous years. Complementary coffee is no more.

We stayed here after getting off a cruise since there was no flight out until the next day. The staff was so incredibly nice. They held our bags and we were able to use the pool and go to the beach while waiting for our room to be ready. They even got us in our room right away. Bartenders by the pool were great and we even ordered room service which came fast and was great. If we are ever in the area again we will for sure stay here.
