“1st off the staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. Location is safe clean area. Not to much near walking distance but a quick grab ride the malls and restaurants close. Hotel itself pretty clean BUT we did have a few roaches in our room. I had bought a half dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and sat the box down for less than 20 mins, came back for a tasty treat only to have a little roach crawling across a donut. “The property was not represented accurately. It was made to seem.like a resort, nothing was open, cash was the only acceptable payment, which made things difficult. The room was not clean and bugs are a problem. The room and all the appliances need to be cleaned. On arrival the television volume was elevated and it made it seem like someone was already inside. I was nervous to open the door. A more accurate description of the unit should be portrayed and more information about the amenities.”
