Vacations Close To Spiri-Maria-Alma

It was a very clean and quiet place. All the kitchen utensils were provided, which was great since I cooked meals every day. There was a problem with the air conditioner, but it was resolved quickly. It's reassuring to know that they're easily accessible.

Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.

Perfect for a small family getaway with older kids. Common area where family can talk together. Enjoyed the apartment feel rather than a hotel. In a great location close to restaurants and shops.

Excellent and easy to access with the exception of iron and ironing board, and a swiffer/broom. The place was clean except for dust on the floors and under furniture. I would suggest offering coffee/water since it’s hard to get to a supermarket upon arrival or at least advise to bring with us. Also, parking instructions for street parking (how to download app and rules).

We stayed in Quebec City for 6 nights. The suite at the Terminus Hotel was great for that many days. We could make meals if we chose, were in a good neighbourhood with great restaurants, and about 25 minute walk to the old town (uphill). Bus connections were great. The space was spacious, clean, and very pleasant. Staff communicated well and were helpful. Great to have laundry for a longer stay.

Appartement facile d’accès, excellentes communications avec l’hôte. Certains éléments pourraient bénéficier d’être nettoyés plus souvent: par exemples taches sur les murs et les rideaux, frigos avec traces de nourriture.

Recently renovated and clean

Very poor communication there’s no staff it’s a self serve hotel got stranded outside trying to get in to the parking for an hour no staff answered the phone to clarifying how to enter the parking and provide me with the right code as everything is with codes and digital self check ins I don’t really know what service I paid for really room service cleaning are only available in the afternoon lol overpriced for the location as it’s a Main Street of chaotic living environment of junkies and homelessness unsafe at all. Overall experience horrible I’m in hotels every week for business purposes and that experience was definitely the worse I was late for work such and inconvenience
