Vacations Close To Eco-Parc des Etchemins

Très propre et convient aux familles. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dont épiceries pharmacies à proximité! Quelques points d’améliorations : Le divan lit ne peut faire que pour des petits enfants et le confort laisse à désirer. Ceci étant le reste était bien mais nous aurions aimé avoir accès à la remise. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de responsable sur place fait en sorte de ne pas pouvoir régler certains soucis comme l’accès à la remise. L’insonorisation dans le loft suite familiale laisse à désirer nous entendions tout dans l’autre logement dont un chien japper la nuit.

We loved this property. It was a two-story place with some tall stairs, but it was very unique and interesting. I would say that the Housekeeper could do a better job cleaning the shower. The separate bedroom was really nice. On days two and three the upstairs bathroom and the bunk bed bedroom did get pretty warm though. Thermostat did not seem to work. We would definitely go back and do recommend the property. Location is the best.

The Positives: Location & Neighborhood: The property is located in a very beautiful and quiet area. Conveniently, there is a large supermarket nearby that provides all daily essentials. Transportation: The bus transit system is excellent, and the bus station is very close to the accommodation, making commuting incredibly easy. The Building & Studio: The building is brand new and quiet. The studio itself was wonderful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Services & Communication: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with management was generally good and responsive. Negatives (Areas for Improvement): Room Service (Towels): There was a delay in replacing the towels; despite my request, they weren't changed for two days. However, on the second day, management contacted me, apologized politely, and provided instructions on how to get fresh towels. Ventilation System: I noticed food odors entering the studio through the ventilation/exhaust system, which seemed to be coming from one of the neighboring rooms. This is something that might need a maintenance check. Conclusion: The stay was excellent and comfortable, and I highly recommend it. The minor issues encountered were handled professionally and politely by management, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the main drawback is the lack of an elevator.
