This is my 4th time here, so clearly they are doing something right. I stayed in the Poolview Queen Room (A3) for the first time. It is very similar to the King room next door, which I liked. The property itself is a little run down and could use some love, but the rooms are impeccable, the staff is very helpful, and the location can’t be beat.

With the amount of options available to stay by the beach, we made the wrong decision to stay at this hotel. The reception staff at check in was curt and had a condescending attitude which in my opinion is unnecessary. The ONLY job you’ve is sit there, be presentable and answer questions. If you’re incapable of doing that, you shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry. Please look for other better hotels!!
