“Booked a deluxe room with a king bed facing the garden. Even had a dressing gown. Plenty of tea bags so we were very happy. So clean and bathroom right next door. Raj was very informative about the area and as it was a lovely evening we ventured out for a pleasant walk into the centre. “Really enjoyed my recent stay at Nap Barnet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better. The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station. Great value for money and a solid choice whether you're passing through or staying a few...

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”

“When I eventually managed to check in I found that my room smelt funny. The windows were open so I guessed that the smell may have come from the outside. There was no staff at the guest house for me to speak to. When I returned to the room after getting some food I found that the smell was coming from the damp mattress and the smell I believed was urine. I rung the contact number I had, but nobody answered. There was no staff at the venue. It was too late to go anywhere else so I ended up...
