The room was clean, however the toilet seat took you on a ride. It was not properly tightened down. The shower door didn’t close all the way so you had to hold it to keep the water from leaking onto the floor! We had to get an additional room because it was so small that we all couldn’t sleep comfortably. The toilet seat in this room also took you for a ride and the shower door had to be held as well! Ridiculous. Yet this hotel keeps little refrigerators and freezers by the elevators filled with water and small bags of ice. There’s also a park with a pond that you can walk around and just sit and chill

This hotel is very new. The interior design is beautiful mid-century modern with an emphasis on modern. Very friendly and accommodating staff from the valets, doormen, front desk, to the restaurant management and wait personnel. The beds truly the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Better than Disney Premium!

The Trilogy experience was a wonderful experience very nice clean hotel. However, there was a constant fragrance in the lobby and dining areas that caused my friend to almost have an allergic reaction, so we were not able to dine at the hotel nor enjoy the first floor amenities. fragances should be at a minimum that you cannot spell.

This was our first time staying at a Trilogy hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful with so amazingly decorated with such odd yet beautiful furniture throughout. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are also very nice and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious at the on site restaurant. The hotel also sits directly beside Big Spring Park so we sat on the patio and enjoyed a live concert in the park with food trucks and the works. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

I booked it with a city view. I did not get what I paid for. No parking had to use valet or park 2 blocks away. I do not recommend this hotel. The Hampton In. Is next door next time I will stay there.
