Few issues but overall good experience

Well booked for the pool, but sadly it was not clean. The first room we got was not very clean, still had urine on the toilet from a before guest, the floor was very dirty had to buy a broom. On top of that the air in that room didn't get below 80. Got a second room because of the air issues and that one was a whole lot better air wise but had cigarette butt at the front door and the driver took two cycles to dry. Other then that the rooms are spacious and have a kitchen so it makes the perfect spot to stay with a small family

Upon check in they required a $35 non refundable cleaning fee and a $100 deposit that were not mentioned on the website. When I went out to my truck the following morning my tailgate was down and there were empty alcohol containers in the bed. Apparently there is not any type of security. I have still not been reimbursed my security deposit and it’s been over 24 hours.
