“I booked and paid for 3 nights this week. Before arriving, I called the landline at about 11:45 no answer. On arrival just before the 3 pm check-in time the place was shut, doors locked and curtains drawn. Called the mobile number several times and messaged the mobile to inform the person I was waiting to check in. “Booked last minute during cycling trip. Staff wentvout of their way to help with luggage and security of my bike. Room had everything and more including stocked fridge and microwave. ”
