“Nice building but we were put on the top floor and we asked to move due to my mum being disabled (they don't have lifts) and the people in the room next to ours were noisy, the person we talked to was very nice and told us we could stay in another room on the ground floor. We entered the second room and walked through cobwebs! There were 6 spiders (that we saw) sitting all around the room, we ended up staying in our original room and deal with the pain.
