Rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Carpet smelled like urine. Couches had stains. Not worth the price. Unit needs renovation. Old furniture. We didn't even get housekeeping. Our housekeeping service was skipped. Lady did not understand English. We asked her to come back later and she never showed up.

Very close to the beach. If you are traveling with teens, the private bedroom is great! and having a washer/dryer in the room was very nice.

The "main building" seems more kept up than the other buildings. Its a little run down looking. My door wouldn't open upon check in, the bathroom was gross, and the bed was uncomfortable. We only stayed one night. It was close to what we were planning and fit the budget. The view of the beach was very nice and you can access it right there.
