Vacations Close To The Founders Club

Rooms were very clean and spacious, hallways paint is chipping and main floors/pathways just needs some updating..

This resort worked out well for my family of 4 (with children age 3 and 4). A bit outdated but everything worked properly except the phone in room, which I didn’t need nor did I ask for it to be fixed. Very clear communication with the hotel staff and house keeping was very helpful!! Bar’s and restaurants were absolutely amazing on site!! Pools and lazy river were good but I do think it’s time for a remodel of the indoor pools etc, saw too many people slip/almost slip on the stairs and I wouldn’t say it was the cleanest either but like I said it worked for my family, all the people on our floor were so absolutely nice! If you also are looking to see any shows go see the concierge they will get you right! Also I think breakfast should be included it would outweigh the cons and make the price more worthwhile, doordash and walmart can deliver to hotel as well! ended up extending our stay a few days and it worked out fine AC needs a little help doesn’t really keep room cool 24/7, Will stay again!!!

I stayed at Carribean beach resort last year and thought it was nice so I stayed again this year, bad mistake. Arrived at 430pm and the room wasnt ready. There was hair in the beds (did call the staff and they had someone to come change the sheets) had hair in the bathtub, One of the bedroom doors were sticking to where if you closed it you didn't think you was gonna get out. Our room was pretty dirty (oven. Cabinets, countertop, etc.)Everything thing else was ok. Do better Carribean.
