“David and Rebecca were very welcoming. The room is nice and light and a lovely breakfast. Parking is easy.”

“Really nice location, especially as it’s close to the wedding hall. The staff were lovely and very welcoming, the beds were really comfortable, and the blackout curtains were a great touch. The room was also nice and quiet with no road noise, which made for a really relaxing stay. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you!”

“Always a friendly welcome. Every effort made to have room ready when I arrived early.”

“This was the ideal stopover, we found the reception, public areas and our room clean and well cared for. All the staff we met, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and found the choice, presentation and taste really good.”

“Great staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, easy parking, lovely food in the restaurant. Will definitely look to return if staying in the area again.”

“Excellent place but a bit isolated and far away from everything, it is in the middle of nowhere”

“Perfect as always”

“The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...
