It was an okay stay, overpriced for the amenities they offer, front desk really needs to work on hospitality, zero friendliness, kinda like they hate that we're guests, that was the vibe i got.

AC did not work the 1st night. Fixed for 2nd night but didn’t work well. Elevator did not work on day of check out. Checking out with luggage was stressful from the 4th floor. Staff was excellent. Breakfast has bacon.

Had a great stay, clean and close to subway. All the staff we interacted with were very attentive and friendly. We were able to check in before lunch (at no extra cost) which was so helpful, we were able to freshen up and get on with our day! Would definitely stay again.
