“Can't fault this little gem of a find. The rooms are stunning & the food equals that. The staff at breakfast were amazing- attentive, caring & kind. We will definitely be going back again! Attention to detail regarding EVERYTHING they have nailed it! 10/10 love it! Rail line a few minutes walk. Beautiful setting - perfect.”

“Will not be returning, staff not helpful at all, dog friendly but couldn’t even let the dog have a sausage at breakfast as they had ran out, they had also ran out of biscuits for the room, garden peas and orange juice. Not a cheap nights stay so these things should not be running out!! Best staff were the morning we were leaving, had they had been on all weekend it would have made it a more pleasant stay”

“Very friendly, Nothing too much trouble, Felt very welcomed. Great "Pub Grub" although times are limited, Superb breakfast, Very clean and Comfortable room, coffee & tea making facilities included. Very reasonable price and excellent value for money. Would stay again when next in that area.”

“Comfortable room, friendly staff. Had pleasant meal one night, and enjoyed cooked breakfast. Spent few hours in pub lounge, great atmosphere. Small point, we were in room 9 which was noisy at night due to extractor fan out side. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“I booked Marsh Farm for my Partner and I as we were going to Hoar Cross Hall for their Twilight event. Marsh farm is approx 11 minutes from Hoar Cross Hall and you can easily get an Uber there and a taxi back. Marsh Farm is a gorgeous B&B with Chickens and other animals in close proximity.
