Vacations Close To Hocking Valley Community Hospital

Traveling with my young daughter - the property is tucked back in a quiet private area. I liked that I was able to lock both screen doors in addition to the front keypad lock for a piece of mind with safety (anywhere I go traveling just the two of us) property was cute, clean, and perfectly located. Parking was easy. My only advice is KCUP coffee pods & additional creamer for my coffee in the morning, so I didn’t have to DoorDash! Otherwise I would definitely stay here again!

Our next trip to Columbus we will definitely stay at the Hollywood Casino Hotel again. Ultra modern, clean, beautifully furnished rooms. The hotel of course was built connected to the casino which also provides on site access to their wonderful, fairly priced restaurants !! Can’t wait to go back!!

I was invited to write a review of how things were shortly after I checked in. " so they can address any issues" and improve my stay. I wrote about some issues and got no acknowledgment, nor was the shower gel refilled in my room, and the sink drained slower every time I used it. Front desk staff was rude for the most part. There were a couple of instances where they weren't out and out rude, but completely indifferent and detached. It was a weird vibe for the hospitality industry. There was an option to right some wrongs after the first survey I completed. But the fact that nothing changed has simply lowered my opinion of this place. Stay away.

Upon our arrival we realized that the staff / danger gave away our Ada room. Unacceptable as I was unable to use the restroom for the first thing we were there until they could get us into another room. Handicap rooms are a necessity for me. Manager offered me 3,000 points. Not acceptable
