The owner it’s very polite and a thorough and it gives very clear instructions, and then the description of the apartment building. It’s true to the description on Expedia. We had a very nice stay at the area and then area. It’s slightly far away from the busy area of Ho Chi Minh City, which it’s perfect for us. I would’ve totally recommend this place and then the price is pretty affordable.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Ho Chi Minh - the Luminous Zenity apartment stay was super clean with all the amenities you’d need. Laundry, soaps, kitchen supplies, towels and slippers too! The view from the apartment was an added bonus. The Zenity team is also very kind, fast to respond and wants to help in any way they can. I would definitely stay here again if I can ever come back to this city!

Building is relatively new. A 3 bedroom apartment is rare and is fun to share with friends. Room was spotless. It is privately owned so communication is via messages. Building staff were not helpful. Situated on the edge of District 1 and a 20min walk to walking street

Not much nearby in walking distance. The place looks good on pictures, but needs care and an upgrade. Broken chair in living room. Old and very uncomfortable couch. The place was tidied up before our arrival, but obviously not cleaned with cleaning products. Dead insects on shower wall. Spider webs on celling, mold around sinks, bath tubs and tiles.
