I keep going over and over. The rooms are not up to date but they are clean and comfy. The workers primarily speak Spanish but I’m ok with that because they do such a great job and they are really friendly and try to accommodate. This hotel has a lot of great stuff for the children to do. It’s quiet and just family oriented. I hate the resort fee I think it’s too high but it has a Waterpark so I understand why. I just wish if we didn’t want to use it we didn’t have to pay the fee. The breakfast is amazing there is one server I forgot his name but he is super nice and friendly and gave great recommendations. I love the selection they have and the way the menu is set up for the children. If your looking for a getaway with just the family this is the place. I have stayed in building 3 3201 and in both the kind bed with the jet tub and the double bed room with no bunks. I have sent the bunk bed room and it’s more ideal if you have children. I had fun I know you will too.

A very pleasant surprise. They cater to families but I stayed with my husband and it was perfectly fine. Loved the positive messages all around the grounds and the staff was excellent. The location was also very convenient.

Kissimmee’s downtown is chockablock with historic buildings. The city’s courthouse, dedicated in 1890, is Florida’s oldest courthouse still in use. Lake cruises depart from the city’s waterfront perch on Lake Tohopekaliga. The lake is a bird haven, and its big-mouth bass lure anglers. Feral hogs, turkeys, and white-tailed deer roam south of Kissimmee at the Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area.
