I have stayed here twice now and both times I was surprised at how well it was maintained. The rooms were always clean including the bathroom ( first place I go in any hotel) the staff was incredible when I checked in after 11pm the gentleman was so kind and patient and I dealt with another gentleman the following day as I forgot my hotel key in the room he quickly was able to make me a new one after a very long conference day for my job.! I didn’t use any of the services like breakfast or the laundry but I will definitely stay again any time I am in Orlando 😁.

My friend, her daughter, and I stayed here for the night and really enjoyed ourselves. One of our favorite parts was the area behind the property by the lake. We had fun looking at the fish and even seeing baby gators in the water. There’s a nice dock where you can sit out over the lake, plus hammocks near the trees that were perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was definitely an experience! It gets very busy because the hotel accommodates a large number of guests, so expect a crowd during breakfast hours. Overall, though, we had a fun stay and really enjoyed the outdoor areas and being able to relax by the water.

Expedia or the Palazzo so called resort need to stop false advertising their stay I requested a room for 5 people 2 queen beds and a sofa bed like described on the website, when I got to the hotel they do not have such a room had I known this information a head of time I would have looked elsewhere, they brought us a roll up bed that looked more like a kids foldable couch, not even close to a roll up bed, no sheets had to call 2 times in order to get sheets and towels. kinds of dissapointing the only thing that I loved was the pool with a big screen tv outside for the kids.
