Loved the view of Mt Hood (room 501) and the complimentary Japanese Garden tickets. The cookies in the lobby at 8am made a great breakfast!

Phenomenal service. Beautiful, clean & well maintained property. Excellent restaurants. 10 out of 10 will go again.

Great location and Hotel. Didn’t spend much time in the hotel but when we did it was cozy and roomie! Plan to use it again when we go back to Portland.

For a 2 day stay we requested, room cleaning, but no one came. Had to repeatedly ask for towels in room and someone come and make sofa bed. Overall the staff attentiveness was not up to the par.

We were a bit concerned after reading the online reviews after booking, but we had a great stay. Room was clean, noise level was normal for a hotel and staff was really nice. One of the few hotels the entire family got a really good night sleep in. We would stay here again!

We loved it here! But an odd situation occurred here, we weren't given a breakfast voucher by our initial front desk associate for breakfast served in the hotel (without this, this you pay for breakfast here). We called the front desk next morning, getting a much more helpful and great front desk associate- who said just come on down it'll be charged to the room at no cost. So my husband came down and when a breakfast attendant approached him to ask for the voucher, which is normal practice, said my wife spoke with front desk and explained what front desk had said. She disappeared for a moment, came back claiming she'd spoken with front desk AND me. She claimed she had gone to front desk and that the decision was that he had to pay. Also that they'd spoken with me and that I understood this. She then produced a fake bill she'd went and rung up- And wanted him to hand over some money right then and there. I came down a few minutes later, upon hearing all this knowing full good and well it was NOT correct- I went to front desk and inquired. She seems to have some sort of side hustle I hope management sheds some light on? The hotel is new and beautiful inside, the pool is great. Our second front desk clerk was on top of things and very helpful. Wonderfully clean and peaceful location. We will bring our business here again we will just make sure to ask for a voucher at check in next time ha.
