We had to extend our stay by two nights due to Hurricane Lala. The staff was very accommodating and took care of their guests during a power outage. They went door to door handing out flashlights and checking on everyone. They kept the hotel restaurant open for take-away dinners (cash only) and had the buffet breakfast ready the next morning (the power came back on in the middle of the night). We felt very safe and cared for during a challenging time for the island. We highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed July 2026 - Family of 4 Highly recommended. Small mini fridge was very helpful. AC worked well. Get the room with a view, it is lovely to sit out on the balcony. Yes, its dated but it is very well kept and you can really appreciate the beauty of the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful with my several encounters. The grounds are beautiful. We will return.

Overall there was a friendly and good feel to the property in the checkin and lobby area. When we got to our room thiugh it was a different story! There was wall paper peeling off of the walls in certain areas. The decor was very outdated and artwork seemed like they were gathered from the 1980’s. The carpet felt damp to the touch on bare feet. Lanai chairs were coming apart. Door to the room had at least a 1-inch gap on the floor. Lots of noise coming in from the hallway throughout the night. Limited times to eat or drink in the lounge and restaurant and also limited menus which don’t match the website!!! I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this property has A LOT to fix and update to be considered a Wyndham Property.

It's a good hotel , older and needs some updating but not too bad at all. Gorgeous view especially a if you book beach view room. The cleaning crew were not as expected at all! I asked one lady if she could clean my room 2 days into the trip and she replied with, maybe the one who comes after me!! I wasn't too impressed with that. No-one came that day to clean, but the next day, I had a few items on the bed, so I walked into a room with a note saying because I had items on the bed they couldn't touch them, I get it.. totally fine, but, nothing else done except emptying the trash, not even the sink or cups cleaned or put more of the creamer and sugar I wanted for my coffee! At least throw away the plastic wrapping from the used creamer!! I do have to say, the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious. A bit on the pricey side but worth it.
