“HORRIBLE!! ES UN HOTEL VIEJO, SUCIO Y MAL MANTENIDO. SU PERSONAL MUY AMABLE PERO ESO NO DA COMODIDAD Y CONFORT PARA DESCANSAR. LAS HABITACIONES HUELEN A MOHO, EN LA PRIMERA QUE NOS DIERON APESTABA. MUY MAL QUE NO PONGAN ATENCIÓN AL ESTADO DE SUS CUARTOS Y LIMPIEZA. ”

“Absolutely lovely property at the very top of a hill overlooking Hilo waterfront. The owners are very friendly and helpful if you need them. Otherwise, you never know they’re there. Perfect get away. Close to everything.”

“I understand this was an eco lodge. However, there is no air and little cross breeze. Our bed was broken, there were not enough towels (only 3 for 5 people), we were encouraged to shower by turning the water off while we used soap, the pots and pans were so dirty that some could not be cleaned. The worst was that the staff was unprofessional. They did not communicate effectively, they were dismissive about simple requests (like "how to check in") and once we did check in we NEVER heard from...

“This place is beautiful and charming. My self and my two horn h children stayed on the first floor in the large suite with two beds and a pull out futon. Unfortunately, the entire third floor was rented out to a family who were extremely loud. The children continuously ran around the floor and one evening the family had a party that was completely out of hand. I think the children were rolling pool balls on the floor and bowling with them. It was awful. Complaining did not cease the noise,...

“The property was very nice. Great location. The only issue was the laundry room and the dryers not drying your clothes. The tv service was spotty which I think was due to unstable internet. Only one person in our party wanted a functional tv so he was unhappy with that. Everything else was perfect.”

“Beds are so comfortable. Lovely grounds , spa is great with hot tub and sauna that you can reserve for private time. Birds can be noisy but you get used to them and actually look forward to hearing and seeing them around the property. ”
