“Had to ask for clean towels and coffee sachets. Also had to ask for room to be cleaned and bedding changed after 3 days. So a 7 day stay only changed once. Lights not working. Shower connected to taps so unable to control water temperature. Shaving light above sink not working. Towel rail in bathroom got dangerously hot and was held together with insulating tape. A small step down to the room had no hazard warning tape or aluminaton, tripped over going out and fell down going in.”

“First time in a pod as we normally go abroad in 5 star hotels but this time we wanted the kids to experience some adventure and of course save some money. We are not campers so we took a gamble at a bit of glamping. This place was perfect for us, we didn't want for anything and anything we needed was in the little shop at reception. We want to do the same thing in wales when the kids are better at walking longer distances hopefully it's half as good as this place. Thanks”

“Decor is rather dated. We didn't mind too much. TV. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Complimentary bottles of water,tea/coffee bags, biscuits replenished every day. The bedding and towels were clean, white and fresh. Breakfast was lovely, great choice. I thought it was going to be a buffet style but the cooked food was served at the table. We had a birthday meal with 2 other couples. The food was really good.The chef even came out to speak to us,which was a nice touch . Staff were very...
