Vacations Close To Hill College Cleburne

The hotel was nice, and the staff was excellent—very friendly and helpful. The area was great, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues, though. The room did not have a microwave, which was a bit of a bummer because we had leftovers from dinner that we wanted to eat. The next morning, my friend noticed what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets of the bed she slept in. I reported it to the front desk and showed them pictures as well. Despite those issues, our overall stay was good, and we really enjoyed the area. With a few improvements, this would be a great place to stay.

All staffs were so friendly, and it was brand new opened when we stay. Unfortunately the fire alarms bother our sleep but it was still nice stay!

The staff was great and very helpful. My room had a weird smell and they moved me with no issues. Breakfast was great. Very clean rooms and hotel as whole. They had construction going on on one side of the building and you wouldn’t know if you hadn’t seen the trucks.

So here it goes. I was on the 10th floor for 3 nights during a convention. The windows were so dirty (really!) that I did not have to close the shades at night. I'll bet they haven't been cleaned in 5 years. Disgusting. There is no pool, No hot tub. On the third day I did laundry. The laundry is on the 25th floor which is serviced by only 1 of the 6 elevators. The hotel does not sell soap so you have to walk to a store downtown to get some. They do provide the quarters. Typically you need about $10.00 worth of quarters at these kinds of facilities to get the job done. I asked the front desk if I would need that much because how poorly they typically work, the guy said, "the laundry is about the only thing that I haven't heard a complaint about." He was right, they worked fine but plan on waiting for that elevator in that nasty laundry room which also contains the only ice machine in the hotel and that, of course, did not work. Spend the extra $ on a real hotel. I've learned my lesson - take my word for it.
