“I was worried about noise levels - it being on the site of a pub during the World Cup but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. V convenient parking and location. V clean and well appointed accommodation. Our second stay here and we’ll come again.”

“Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed.”
