“Everything was amazing from walking into reception to be greeted by Sophie who gave us a tour of the building and showed us our room. She was super welcoming and helpful. The heat pump set the fire alarm off twice, 1st time at 4am my first morning, it maybe needs a good clean, the staff's solution was just to take down the fire alarm. Shower was clearly showing wear and tear with clear pink mould, microwave and jug area wasn't the cleanest and all the cutlery was odd and not matching which seemed a little strange for a motel.
