“Lo que más me gustó de este hotel es el entorno y la tranquilidad que se respira. Pedimos una habitación con vistas al lago y aunque estábamos en la segunda planta, el lago se veía en todo su esplendor. El personal fue solícito y profesional. En definitiva: relación calidad/precio buena, comodidad al tener el restaurante cerca y diversas opciones más si caminabas un poco, un spa muy completo y un buen desayuno. “We loved the quiet and the view we had from the balcony, as well as the walking trails near the hotel. We took half-board, and for us, that was a mistake because the dinner at the hotel was not tasty for us. Additionally, please note that breakfast also ends relatively early, at 9:00 AM.”

Slovakia's High Tatras Mountain! I was at a frozen glacial lake called Štrbské pleso. It's one of the most iconic landmarks in Slovakia. It is really amazing to walk on it! And to see so many people having fun! With their friends, family and classmates. It was a beautiful early March day. I had a great winter holiday this year in Slovakia :). The views were really stunning everywhere! In my post-processing work I did edit out a construction site (or whatever it is. I never got close enough to see). So, if you visit Štrbské pleso don't be surprised it is there! And more info about Štrbské pleso: It's the 2nd-largest glacial lake on the Slovak side of the High Tatras, Maximum depth is 20 metres (66 ft). Surface elevation is 1,346 m (4,416 ft). And it's surface remains frozen for around 155 days per year!
