Paquetes Vacacionales Incluyen Hotel y Vuelo a High Rock

Actitud horrible de la persona que nos atiende en recepción. Habitación sucia. Ruidoso el A/A, nevera oxidada. Encima nos cobran tasas locales de llegada al hotel! No es comprensible Saludos

The cold food, I wouldn't come back

When we arrive we didn’t have any towels in the room. We sled for it and 2 hours later were brought to the room. The four keys they gave us didn’t work very good and it was a struggle every time we wanted to get in Wifi didn’t work in the room nor the common areas The rooms had old air conditioners that don’t work well and make a terrible noise The hotel was empty, just a couple of people. We kindly asked to leave our bags in the room and use the shower before leaving, (since the hotel was empty hence the room was available) and it was denied

Very nice beach. The property has seen better days, especially the room, seemed a bit underkept. It was low season but it almost seemed like the place was closed
