“OK, yes, some carpets need replacing, but cleanliness was A1. Staff were a delight - helpful and up for a laugh. The pools and steam room/sauna were really relaxing - once the children left... but, it's their pool as much as any one elses... children eh!? Breakfast was a usual self service affair, but really tasty and welcome after a swim and steaming session. We hope to return! ”

“Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. It was an easy walk to & from the train station. At first, my husvand & I were afraid it wasn't for us because on our first day, we found it difficult to navigate the narrow hallways, mutiple fire doors & several sets of stairs with our suitcases in order to get to our room on the 2nd floor (equivalent to the 3rd fl. in the US).
