Herring Cove Vacations

The hotel is very tired and they may have experienced water damage in the lower part of the hotel. The area had a smell to it and the room itself felt damp. It is located very close to the airport and the shuttle is a useful service but might be worth looking at a different hotel. The breakfast was very simple, cooked portions were not very appetizing. You feel like it is a little over priced for what you get.

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly check-in; however, that’s where the positives stopped. We found that hallways and room were not clean. Pool area was not clean/maintained. There weren’t any towels available and the hot tub wasn’t working. We requested additional towels for the room and still haven’t received them. When I checked out the staff waved the receipt in my face. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Great location to be right in the middle of everything… would stay again.
