External of property very run down and in need of refurbishment ie windows rotten, walls cracked, gutters blocked, in need of repaint etc. Internal was not maintained windows of course as external (rotten) several would not open others would not close, imitation roof beams in breakfast room where just pine screwed to ceiling obviously because the screw holes hadnt been filled also gap between ceiling and beams, what a...

“Great value for money, well appointed room and friendly staff.”

“Described as a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Very confusing accommodation with bathroom and toilet access or down the hall. Greeting was interesting but beds were okay for sleeping and mainly quiet. Pictures don't represent the rooms and expectations from advertising not met. Would not stay again even for one night.”

“It was really busy with students and there was noise till about 1230am but not the staffs fault as the lady who checked us in was really nice and helpful, we had to be up for 3am for a flight so we were very tired on the sleep we managed to have but the room was very nice and clean”
