Vacations Close To Hennepin Center for the Arts

Every last detail was perfect. Amenities are impressive and service was warm and gracious. Every single person we encountered was genuine and helpful. Pool is such a great vibe!

The staff is non responsive to guest issues. We were across from a room that had people banging on doors all night, loud music and lots of loud conversation late into the am hours. Called security/ front desk several times and staff was non responsive. Valet directed us to a private parking garage not affiliated with the hotel; for 3 nights the cost was $80.

Everything about our stay was great! The hotel was nice, and overall we had a very good experience. The only issue was the parking. We had to pay for parking, but because there was an event happening across the street, there were no available parking spots when we arrived. We ended up driving around for about 30 minutes trying to find a place to park. It also seemed like the hotel staff wasn’t enforcing the parking rules, which made the situation even more frustrating. Other than the parking situation, everything else was great. Hopefully, the hotel can improve parking enforcement during busy events, especially for guests who are paying for parking.

Excellent place to stay for any downtown St Paul fun. Steps away from Fitzgerald theater, Children’s Museum, and the Palace theater. Unique property with lots of personality and charm.
