Every last detail was perfect. Amenities are impressive and service was warm and gracious. Every single person we encountered was genuine and helpful. Pool is such a great vibe!

The staff is non responsive to guest issues. We were across from a room that had people banging on doors all night, loud music and lots of loud conversation late into the am hours. Called security/ front desk several times and staff was non responsive. Valet directed us to a private parking garage not affiliated with the hotel; for 3 nights the cost was $80.

The front desk very professional and friendly

We booked two rooms for two nights. They gave us one for our sons that was located at the basement by the laundry area. The room was terrible old, dingy and the carpet was so old and dirty. The corners of the room were so filthy. We asked for another room but they said they were booked, so we had to bear with it. No resolution from the hotel personnel unless we paid a suite for only one night and higher price , of course. The second room was kind of ok considering the carácter of the building, but there was no tv connection, and the corners of the bathroom were also filthy . We requested cleaning of our rooms after the first night and the house keeping never showed up. When we came back at night, beds were still undone , trash was still there and no cleaning of the bathrooms was done. Pictures in the Expedia site are really misleading about this hotel. Rooms are not like that, at least the ones we got. We will not recommend this hotel at all

Pool had good potential. As far as temperature and comfort. There were way too many kids playing crazy rough. Capacity was supposed to be 26 people but there were lots more. No staff interference even though staff brought towels and saw the situation. Disappointing, i got hit by a kid jumping into the pool who didn't see me. It could have been disastrous for both of us.
