“El castillo es muy bonito, sobre todo los jardines. La localización es perfecta para mis objetivos pues está a apenas 18 kms de Aachen, pero no se encuentra en la ciudad así que para ir a Heerlen hay que tomar el automóvil. El desayuno bueno.”

“Die Fenster gingen nicht auf und es waren Spinnennetze am Fenster und im Zimmer, zudem war es laut von der Straße und das Zimmer war sehr warm, da keine Fenster geöffnet werden konnten und es keine Klimaanlage gab.”

“The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?”

“Maravillosa estancia. habitaciones limpias, espaciosas y silenciosas. el hotel huele muy bien, tiene un spa con gimnasio muy bueno. Uno de los mejores hoteles donde hemos estado. El problema es que nos salió caro.”

“El hotel es bastante basico, pero la atencion es correcta. No tiene una localizacion muy adecuada.”

“Stylish and very clean rooms and property. Good location. We found the mattresses to be very comfortable (medium to firm feel). Pillows could be a little larger. Parking can be challenging as there is not enough guest parking available. Time limited street parking is available throughout a business day. At night/weekends no time limit. TV volume is set to be maxed out at 16 and people with light to severe hearing problems may have a problem hearing the TV. We did not try the hotel restaurant...
