Great location at a good price

A great location close to the city centre and walking distance to the local parkrun that we came to town for. Maastricht is only 20mins away by car, so is an ideal location. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff very helpful.

A wee night over in lovely Sittard. Friendly staff and thoroughly enjoyed the beetroot tartare and mushroom pasta. A clean and generic room.

This hotel is a hotel that breaks its promise.

This hotel is located in the center of the central market and the station. I had the impression that there were a lot of businessmen. Only breakfast is delicious. However, I broke the promise I told the front desk. It's not a story that can be done wrong.

Beautiful property and seems to be a remodel of a reputable building. Keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage etc it is difficult to manage getting in the building from parking to room. It is not clear from the parking lot where the entrance to the facility is. The functionality of the building is not for travelers with luggage. Stairs exist and elevators too but they are out of the way. Carpet is on the floor in some areas so it makes it difficult for the luggage to roll. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great for biking or walking to nearest shops. Room and amenities were superb.

My stay was 4 nights. In that time my room was serviced once. Fridge froze the salad I put in it. I had to take the container to reception because the room had not been cleaned. Towels exchanged once!! Water was not replaced. Room was not freshened until I went to the front desk. Cost..$1066. And no breakfast included although advertising said there was breakfast. I would not stay at a Garden Hilton Hotel again. My experience in Amsterdam for nearly $500 again with no breakfast very disappointing. My stay at Ibis Hotel, much cheaper and with breakfast included!! Lynda. Ontario Canada.
