“Have stayed here many times now and it’s fab - very accommodating staff, friendly and super helpful. Showers are great, rooms are sizeable and beds are comfy, location is fantastic as you’re right in the centre. Could not fault this place, fave place to stay in Lincoln.”

We had a standard room which was spacious and nicely decorated. Large shower room. The plug sockets had been upgraded to include USB and phone charger sockets so you don’t need a plug. “Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. ”

“The food was excellent. The swimming pool and its facilities were excellent. Service was friendly. Good value for our 3 night stay. Very pleasant rooms, both bedroom and general hotel rooms. Only one point for improvement- the shower in room 29 needs upgrading.”
