Visited for a 2 night stay visiting family. Room was lovely and fresh and clean. Reception all friendly and helpful. Bar staff very very good. Housekeeping that i bumped into also friendly and polite Didn't actually eat in the restaurant but did have a couple of pints both nights, with some chips, and a choccy brownie with icecream the 2 night. Both delicious. Went as a solo female traveller with mobility issues and felt safe and secure at all times Plan to def stay again in the future

Very clean, spacious room and bathroom with walk-in shower. Friendly staff. Only downside is the drinks availability in the bar - no Draft Guinness even though there's two pumps! But they had Guinness zero? Only Draft lager is Grolsch and Peroni. We have stayed here many times over the years, as it's a convenient place to stay, we are both from the area and have family and friends nearby, but might have to consider staying somewhere else in future.
