“Very grand. Staff was amazing”

“A fantastic stay at this lovely hotel, perfect in every way. Beautiful grounds and location, our room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. A wonderful huge bathtub and super comfortable beds, all of the linen and towels smelled amazing! A great night's sleep, and to top it off, a wonderful breakfast the next day, delicious and top quality.”

“Fantastic staff, rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, really clean and with lovely touches. Regrettably, the sound proofing is very poor and most movements between and outside rooms and car park, can be heard leading to an interrupted night’s sleep. If we hadn’t stayed before, based on this visit, we wouldn’t stay again but as we had such a good stay the first time, we’d stay again, just not in this particular room.”

“Buena habitación, buen desayuno, personal amable, en general un buen hotel.”

“Food was excellent and great service. If you are in the main building please ask the team to turn the outside spotlights off as they may be shining in your windows overnight.”

“Staff are always welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are clean”

“Hicimos una ruta en coche desde Liverpool a Londres y paramos en este hotel para visitar Upon Avon. Es grande, nuevo y con aparcamiento gratis. Es muy tranquilo y el desayuno estupendo. Para repetir ”

“Unique place to stay when in and around Birmingham/Coventry. Outside of normal convention but adds a different slant to your night away. Close to NEC. Good food in the Quicken Tree.”

“Staff very friendly and hotel in general nice and confortable. ”
