“I normally have a great experience, this time the room I was given first looked like someone else was using it. I got it changed to not a great room despite the hotel being more or less empty. But the new room was only set for one night rather than two - which I got sorted on the second day , but it’s just nit what you expect, especially with the hotel being quiet . “TV remote was generic so it did work properly, I was told it was due to customers sealing the original ones, not very helpful reply though. Soap etc hard to dispense, if at all. Poor quality bathroom, with parts missing from the shower and tap and broken tiles.”
